Worcester Community Housing has once again achieved the IiE Standard

Congratulations to Worcester Community Housing who achieved the Investors in Excellence Re-accreditation Standard.

Worcester Community Housing’s (WCH) commitment to quality has once again been recognised through Re-accreditation to the Investors in Excellence (IiE) Standard

The Re-accreditation follows a rigorous process of external assessment that looked at WCH’s  key business performance areas and more crucially, customer results.

Customer Services Director at WCH Jean Dalziel said: “Being awarded IiE for a second time is a really powerful way to show how we have maintained our high standard of business performance.  Continuously improving what we do is good for business and, most importantly, good for our customers.

Ian Nield, chief executive of Investors in Excellence, said: “We’ve been hugely impressed with the attitude and commitment shown by Worcester Community Housing to once again achieving the Investors in Excellence Standard. They have demonstrated a clear focus on continuous improvement and are effectively using the Standard to deliver better and more efficient services to customers.”

The Investors in Excellence Standard is a prestigious mark of excellence awarded to those organisations that demonstrate a high standard of all-round business performance. It is a very testing Standard covering all key business areas including leadership, people and customer results – but its scope makes it a powerful improvement tool.

Congratulations once again to WCH!
