This year’s premier annual housing event in the Midlands Region will again attract up to 250 professionals over the 2 days.

The conference will examine how housing professionals in the East and West Midlands Regions are delivering more for less within the tough economic climate, but still maintaining an excellent customer focused service.

It is aimed at housing professionals involved in the areas of policy, planning, implementation and service delivery. There is something to suit everyone on each day with high profile speakers and practical tips and case studies to enable you to demonstrate that the Midlands can deliver within the challenges that lay ahead.

Day 1:
Seminars covering strategic issues showing how the Midlands are responding to the changing national picture and economic environment. Key note speaker Oliver Kamm plus senior housing figures provide high profile discussions together with plenty of practical examples of how to deliver more for less.

Day 2:
Starting with a debate on co regulation with Rafael Runco, Housing Ombudsman; Alistair McIntosh, Housing Quality Network; Paul Spooner, HCA and Nigel Johnston, Northern Housing Consortium. Practical workshops and interactive discussions culminate in motivational speaker Andy Cope who will help us all leave the conference understanding the art of being brilliant!.

Gala Dinner
The popular Midlands Regional Gala Dinner is a great opportunity to network with people in the industry in a relaxed atmosphere. The dinner will be held at the Ramada Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield and the price includes a three-course meal with wine and top class entertainment which promises to match the 2010 evening
