For brap and its partners, equality can be a means to improve quality and outcomes for all people and it can be a way to make services more cost-effective and improve the relationships that people have with one another.

brap have developed a portfolio of services and activities that aim to create a fairer society. They fall into four broad areas: Learning, Research, Service Design and Communities and Enterprise

Joy Warmington, CEO at brap commented: “Being an Investor in Excellence means we stand for quality as well as equality. It helps us stand out from the crowd – a recognition that we’re continually striving to improve our leadership, communications, and customer relation skills.

We’re passionate about helping our customers and clients deliver fairer and more equitable services to some of the most marginalised and disadvantaged in society. When funding is being squeezed, it’s more important than ever that public agencies know they’re working with an organisation that puts excellence and quality at the heart of what it does.”

Joy continued, “For brap, excellence means embedding quality in all areas of our work for the benefit of our customers and clients. It means ensuring our systems and processes are efficient and effective so our services are responsive to our clients’ needs and concerns. ‘Excellence’ is a useful framework for guiding our efforts for continuing improvement.”

Congratulations once again to brap!
