Castle Vale Community Housing Association (CVCHA) is celebrating achieving Investors in Excellence certification.
The organisation has been working towards achieving excellence through a business transformation process over a number of years and it’s efforts have now been formally recognised by Investors in Excellence. This particular certification was chosen because it focuses on ‘what matters most’.
Pete Richmond, CVCHA’s Chief Executive, said, “We are delighted with the award and I am particularly proud that we achieved this without months of preparation. The assessment was based on how CVCHA operates every day and reflects the authentic approach that the organisation takes.” Pete told staff at CVCHA’s monthly Staff Brief that everyone’s efforts had contributed to this success.
“Achieving this certification reinforces CVCHA’s commitment to continually learning and improving; the feedback received from Investors in Excellence will be a valuable part of informing future improvements.”
