IiE Comment

Inclusion Group, formerly Inclusion Housing Limited, began the journey to excellence working in partnership with IiE in 2016 with social housing provision in two UK regions. The journey to excellence has included expansion and growth to six UK regions, a Group structure, four subsidiary companies, and a workforce increase.

Investors in Excellence MD and Programme Director Kevin Hart agrees “Year-on-year, Inclusion Group has consistently improved its excellence quotient rising at the start of 2024 firmly into the High performing band of organisational performance. Organisational performance improvement has been nothing short of impressive. It is clear that the major development since Inclusion Housing began the journey to excellence has been the strong and growing desire for excellence and business maturity against a period of changing working practices substantially due to the global pandemic, with the substantial degree of associated risk, and the challenges of growth without compromising on the quality of modern housing services.

The most significant changes include identification of the major strategic objectives for development, improvement, and growth, alignment of all business activities to these objectives, and optimal performance management utilising the IiE Standard against the Inclusion Group core values of ExCITE. It’s been a great pleasure to get to know them and work with them.

This achievement is an accolade of the business’ resourcefulness, resilience, and capability, and a definite testimony to the commitment of continuous improvement displayed by the team at all levels.Congratulations and thanks to each and every colleague across the Group for their continued hard work, commitment, and achievements.

Future focus stands them in good stead for delivering exceptional outcomes and we stand them up deservedly to be recognised as a case study of excellence”.
