Huge congratulations to B3Living on reaching its 10th year of providing help, housing, and community-building in its locality. It has displayed true commitment in the use of the Investors in Excellence Standard, and shown real improvement when it has undergone its re-assessment every two years. By using additional tools for improvement on a consistent basis, the results have been clear in the levels of satisfaction and confidence felt by B3Living’s residents and staff.
Adrian Parker (B3 Head of Business Support) confirmed that “Gaining the Investors In Excellence certification has resulted in numerous actions being completed that have enabled B3Living to continue to improve and seek standards of excellence in all areas of the business.”
