‘A day of excellence and engagement’, said MCS Chair, Mark Wakeford, in his opening remarks at last weeks Midlands Construction Summit. Music to Judy’s ears, who later that day presented a seminar on “Focusing People, Process and Productivity to deliver results”. Judy is working with main contractors and supply chain within the construction industry to increase opportunities for winning more work by helping businesses large or small to address key business areas using the framework for excellence.
