IiE sessions at the Black Country Business Festival
March 27th, 2019
IiE will be presenting sessions on ‘Tools and techniques to boost business performance’ on May 15 (Wolverhampton) and May 21 (West Bromwich).
Aimed at progressive businesses in any sector, the session is aimed at anyone who is looking to establish a winning culture that delivers improved results.
Attendees will take away a number of tools and techniques to guide performance improvement.
The session will begin with a 45 minute presentation and, for those who then wish to learn more about the practical tools, an opportunity to stay a further hour to develop an action plan to take away that day. There will be a specific focus on a high-performing culture and People Excellence toolkit in the second session.
Presenters will be Judy Hart, IiE’s Chief Executive, and Paul Tarrant, IiE’s Lead Practitioner. Both are experts in driving increased performance through leadership, people, and processes.
