TTC Group are the UK’s national specialists in driver education and, with their recent acquisition of Cycle Experience, they have further enhanced their status as the nation’s leaders in the field of road safety – whether you’re getting from A to B powered by an engine or your own two legs!

Friendly feedback from the IiE team encouraged TTC Group’s ‘Working Party’ – the small, cross-functional, multi-level team of continuous improvement champions – to formalise how the company captured customer feedback on an annual basis. Net Promoter Score was subsequently selected as the best means of doing just that and TTC Group have been delighted not just by the large number of loyal customers reflected by this particular customer satisfaction diagnostic, but also by the business intelligence it provides by inviting customers to reflect back further areas of improvement for the future.
