Over 30 housing professionals attended an inspiring seminar on the 4th October led by Investors in Excellence’s Head of Performance Solutions Julian Beaney.
Complemented by a practical case study from Ed Butler and Katrina Dalby from local organisation Partners for Improvement in Islington it proved to be an event that caught the imagination and sent participants away with some practical tools to improve their organisation.
